from Borzoi Past FB group, 2018: <<English Ch. Mythe Valdina was of course bred by Edith Robinson of the famed Mythe kennel in England. She was a white bitch with sparse lemon markings owned by Mr. T.R. Mills of Beechwood kennel. Valdina was sired by Sparrowhawk of Addlestone ex Mythe Volga, and produced three good litters for his owner. However, the most successful was likely the first one born in 1925 when she was mated to Arncliff Alexis. From this large litter of eleven surviving puppies came the self red-fawn male, Petroff of Beechwood, who went on to be a very popular stud, siring about ten litters for various kennels in the UK. Valdina’s other two litters were sired by White Crusader, and seemed to result in no offspring breeding on.>>
