From Borzoi Past:  <<Polish bred Fedora Fiodorland was a curvy bitch bred by Danuta Porebska and owned in Germany by Dr. Barbro Kuhlo. She was a white bitch with dark gold markings and slight pencil sabling whelped March 28, 1981. Her sire was Fiodor, a Russian import of various bloodlines, and her dam was the Polish-bred Cekina Via Vitae. Fedora had one litter in 1985 when bred to the Swiss stud, Janos von Oranje. A. Jenicot was the recorded breeder of this litter, but the stud book shows Dr. Kuhlo as the owner. One son sired a litter for Bastink’s Stroganoff line in Holland, producing Erdei Stroganoff, and things carried on from there.
