Saiga of Grador

from Borzoi Past group, Sue E.A. Vasick: <<Saiga of Grador was a substantially built white, black and tan male bred by Dorothy Harris of Grador kennel. He was born September 11, 1952 and sold to Andrew Cunningham of Frontier kennel in New York State. His sire was Atamen of Alpine and dam Krasina of Hensey Hobby Farm, and he became an influential sire for several Eastern kennels. He sired five litters for Cunningham, and from four of them came a dog or bitch who had a great influence on three different American kennels. His first litter was born February 1955, producing Lorraine Groshan’s Arlekeen of Frontier. The December 1955 litter saw Tzarina Borgia of Frontier going to the Sohr’s, and the two litters born in 1956 had Brizhi of Frontier and Komar of Frontier going to Ristovia kennel.>>
