According to information from Andrus Kozlov was Count Stroganoff not the breeder but the owner:

"In 1895 Count Sergei Stroganoff sold several borzois to England. Two of them were Najada 93-567A and her mother Pritschuda 41 379, purchased by Mrs Stamp. In the English stud book was mistakenly indicated their breeder S.Stroganoff. In fact, the breeder of these dogs was Nikolai Boldarev, who sold the dogs on June 10, 1894 to Count S.Stroganov.".
