Crescent’s Arctic Frost

from Borzoi Past group, FB: <The lovely American Ch. Crescents Arctic Frost was the result of a mother to son breeding done by Rose Greg of Crescent kennel in Maryland. Frosty was sired by Crescent’s Arctic Glacier ex Crescent’s Vamp of Tamarisk, born January 9, 1978, and was a white bitch with black and tan markings. She produced two litters, the first in 1983 when bred to Majenkir Sandstone, a mating which produced Crescent Phantom Lake Pebble, a chunky fellow who went to sire some very fine Borzoi of his own. This litter also contained Crescent’s Grock, Karlie, Pieta and Petrikov Birgid. Frosty’s second litter was a repeat of the first, in 1989, producing one bitch who bred on briefly for Priscilla Lineker.>
