V’Indra Alpine Phantom Flight

from Borzoi Past group, Sue E.A. Vasick:  <<V’Indra’s Alpine Phantom Flight was an irish marked bright red bitch born March 24, 1967 to Charles and Leroy Fleming. She was purchased by Charlotte Wheeler [V’Indra] and Bobbye Potter [Alpine] and, although she did some nice winning, was retired from the show ring to become a brood bitch. Her sire was Vroyzat’s Alpine Chuda and her dam Phantom Lady Of The Flemings, a bitch who went back to Alpine bloodlines. This bitch produced three litters for V’Indra from 1969 through 1972, and a number of her offspring bred on. Probably her most important and influential offspring was from the 1971 litter from which Int. Nord Ch. V’Indra’s Vanity emerged, who became an important brood bitch for the Leicro’s kennel in Sweden.>>
