From Borzoi Past group, Sue E.A. Vasick: <Born in Canada on January 27, 1981, Canadian American Ch. Serendipity’s Piotr Bilka was bred by B. Schwartz of Serendipity kennel and owned by J. Gunter. He was a deep red and white dog with black mask and some sabling, sired by Serendipity’s Steffanwolf out of Serendipity’s Zema, blending Twin Elms lines with Canadian. Although he only sired two litters, the first – born at Twin Elms in 1986 – produced a male who went to Switzerland [along with his sister] to carry on there. Another bitch from that litter carried on the Twin Elms banner. Bilka’s second litter was at the Selman kennel in 1987, with Morozova kennel taking full advantage of the bloodline and using it wisely.>
