from Borzoi Past group: <Silkenswift Maltese Falcon was bred and owned by Bonnie Dalzell of Silkenswift kennel, and the result of a blend of her original bloodlines, being sired by Kristull Llively Go Grendel out of Silkenswift's Koroleva Sasha. He was a black dog with brindled tan trim and white points, whelped August 19, 1978. Falcon sired his only two litters in 1981, with his most important offspring being from the first with Silkenswift Wolf Nikkolovna, which produced Silkenwift Damascus Steel, a dog who was behind some of the Birchwood dogs.
