Babe

Rubinoff Babe

from Borzoi Past group, Sue E.A. Vasick:  <<Canadian-bred Rubinoff Babe was bred in Ontario by Mrs. Florence McKibbin and first owned in Canada by E.B. Johnson, who then sold her as an adult to Eileen Worthing of Malora kennel in Minnesota. Her sire was Rubinoff Boy and dam Betty of Hortoff. She was a red bitch with sparse sabling and some white trim, born August 29, 1934, and had three litters for Eileen, the first with Adams Bolshoi, producing Boris Worthing, Kosloff Vigow Kanduit and Prince Sergei Ivanovitch, all who made an impact on the breed. Her other two U.S. bred litters also saw offspring carrying on.>>
