Lady Ruscha of Aristoff

American Ch. Lady Ruscha of Aristoff was a light red bitch bred and owned by Edd Abblett of Aristoff kennel in California who represented his earlier breeding program, pre-Sirhan Poraschai. She was born January 23, 1968, sired by Perchinoff Archinpenko Baran out of Berengaria of Aristoff. This rather unassuming bitch produced two litters, the first in 1970 when she was put to English import Springbank Sarno; only one from this litter bred on and can be found behind Ellen’s Borzoi. The second litter was whelped in 1971; it was sired by Sirhan Poraschai and from it came Countess Tara of Aristoff, a bitch who figured widely in Pickle Hill and Ranchitos breeding.
