A new history book for the Borzoi Fancier. Compiled by the award-winning historian, Judy Carleton, as a joint project with Borzoi Canada.

Over 200 pages with 400 images included in this 8½” X 11” publication. Send an e-mail to elista@telus.net for more info.

Canadians both imported and sold Borzoi and many of these dogs appeared in pedigrees all over the world.

Nearly 2 years in the making, this book covers:

• early dog shows, the original Canadian Borzoi club, hunting and coursing, Borzoi as sled dogs, and CKC history

• all the CKC-registered Borzoi bred in Canada during this time period, plus many US and European imports and exports

• over 250 breeders across Canada during this time period, with a chapter for each province, plus many interesting stories about them.

This book would make a great gift, dog show prize or judge’s gift, as well as a wonderful keepsake for any Borzoi lover. Even sighthound or any dog lovers.
