Moryak was imported from Sylvia Marstons kennel Falconcrag.
As a young dog he was cow hooked and was therefore not shown. When he got older he grew out of it but did instead develop a severe sensitivity against dog food. We did unfortunately not think of the food to start with. When we later changed food, we tried several, the disease had gone too far and it was too late.
It was a great loss to loose this dog, he had great potential. I had seen his mother Ebony at Sylvias place, she was a very special borzoi and I asked for a puppy if she ever was bred from. I had also seen the father, Zomahli Nachal, a strongly built working type borzoi (my opinion).
Because of his health problems we did not even consider breading from him.
