Appraxin O'Valley Farm

Appraxin O’Valley Farm

Appraxin was a top hunting dog in his home state of Montana and surrounding states.  He is also remembered as being the sire of a couple of the most influential Borzoi in American breeding history for their time. As an adult, he was exported to Gustave Beernaerts' Zwaenhoek kennel in Belgium, where he sired the "B" litter when bred to Helga du Zwaenhoek.  Unfortunately, Appraxin reportedly died shortly after his first European litter was born, but he can still be found in pedigrees throughout the world.
