Hasu’s Elena of Conamor

from Borzoi Past group: <American Ch. Hasu's Elena of Conamor CD was a foundation for Nancy Shaner's Conamor kennel, and therefore very influential on many American bloodlines. She was white with sparse cream markings whelped May 17, 1960. Her sire was the half-German Haljean's Flame and her dam Sunday of Tam-Boer, who was strict Romanoff bloodlines. Elena produced litters in 1966, 1967 and 1968 with offspring in all breeding on, but it was her 1966 litter sired by Chudak of Romanoff who cemented her in Borzoi history forever, as this mating produced Conamor Christof Cade [used by Cathcade], Conamor Sir Alex of Dirona, Conamor Gay of Colonial Acres and, of course, the highly influential Conamor Count Tauskey, who became so important for Majenkir kennel, among others.>
