Like many of the past Borzois, information is very contradictionary, he is listed twice in the studbooks, first in England, and here his breeder is listed as Ozeroff, he is later exported to Germany from England, and now his breeder is Grand Duke N. N. In the russian Borzoi Pedigrees he is also listed as breed from the Grand Duke N.N. In Margaret Davis studbooks (TBE) Dmitri Walzoff is the breeder and owner in Russia, therefor the dog is named Lebed III (Walzoff).
