Gerd Torkilsrud began in the 1983s by acquiring Fiva’s Fusjenka, who became a Nordic champion and mother of Tzartaig’s first litter. Her offspring gained three Championtitles, two of them International  (Rostov Na-Danu and Tblizi L’Vova).

The kennel has continued to produce champions and is a respected breeder of high class borzoi.

Over a period of nearly 30 years did the kennel only raise 6 litters.

 

First litter was born on 1987-04-18 from the foundation bitch: Ch Viva’s Fusjenka bred to Ch Yablonaja Boleck

The second litter was born1992-05-15 from the American import, Ch Desire’s Cool Image bred to Ch Tzartaig Roston Na-Danu from the first litter.

The third litter was born 1992-08-15 from Ch Tzartaig Tbelzi L’Vova also from the first litter. She was bred to Moscow’s Diamond Ace.

The fourth litter was born 1996-04-11 from Ch Tzartaig Warjatova from the second litter bred to Ch Tzartaig Viktor, he was from the first litter.

The fifth litter was born 1999-04-11 also from Ch Tzartaig Warjatova bred to Ch Dogcastle’s Frederique, a son of Ch Tzartaig Tbelzi L’Vova.

The sixth litter was born 2010-11-01 from the acquired bitch Ch Bistraya Bri av Adelrose bred to the American import Ch Khanzade’s Cool Rememberance
