Toni Rischawy lived in Maribor (Marburg) in Slovenia. In that time part of Kingdom of Jugoslavia. And before 1918 part of Austria/Hungary. The reason his dogs are in Austrian studbook – Kingdom of Jugoslavia was not a full member of the FCI.
