Annette Blair started handling her mother’s poodles at the age of 10, winning top Junior handling awards. She bought her first Borzoi, Patrioona Petrouska of Fortrouge from Miss Murray in 1967. She became the breed’s youngest Judge when she took the floor at Alexander Palace, and Robin Searle wrote in his ‘Our Dogs’ Borzoi column
